Informal Shavuot All Night Beit-MidrashTikkun - 

KI and Bruce Weinstock will be hosting an all night in-person Tikkun Shavuot night May 16th 11:30pm till 4:30am. First light Shacharit with Torah reading to follow.

Discussions and learning in large groups lead by a facilitator/teacher will occur in the sanctuary and Social Hall.

Topics and timing of specific sessions to be determined by those who volunteer to lead/facilitate. 

Other smaller rooms as well as outdoor garden space will be available for smaller groups to choose their own topics and study together. 

Any changes to this program will be Emailed to those who register. 

The following Covid19 safety guidelines will be observed regardless of vaccination status:

• Masks at all times ( except if eating/drinking or in a room alone) 

• 8 foot distancing for those of different households/pods 

• Single serve prepackaged snacks/drinks available but to be eaten alone at your own table ( may be shared with others in your household/pod ) sitting in the designated break rooms.

• Number of people in any given space limited by current state Covid19 capacity rules 

• A complete list of safety expectations will be emailed to registrants

If you do not intend to arrive at the beginning and stay till the end, please specify in the notes section the approximate time you expect to arrive and approximate time you expect to leave.  Thank You.

PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING

384 CAMPUS COVID-19 ATTENDANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR EVENTS > 5 people:
• Please remain outside the building till your event coordinator informs you it is time to start the event.
• Please assure the room containing a prior event has been empty for 30 minutes before starting the next event


FOR ALL EVENTS:
• Please maintain social distancing of 8 feet or more except to pass someone
• Please sanitize hands before entering stairways or elevators
• Please sanitize hands after touching your face, any doorknobs, handles,
banisters/railings, elevator buttons or surfaces frequently touched by others and after bathroom use
• Please ALWAYS wear your mask covering both mouth and nose including public speaking while leading an event (unless alone in the room)
• No congregational singing indoors. If out of doors, congregants may sing at a low level
• Leaders of events may sing alone, masked, facing away from the congregation, and distanced at least 10 feet from participants
• Any event leaders who change physical positions (podium, torah reading,
adjusting a microphone, etc.) should be encouraged to sanitize their hands prior to and after their change of position
• Please review the Covid-19 symptoms posted outside the building and ensure that you been symptom free for at least 14 days prior to entering.
• Inform your event coordinator if your mask is unusable and you require a replacement
• Please exit all indoor events quickly in order to minimize exposure times
• Inform your event coordinator or the Campus office if you develop symptoms within 48 hours of attendance

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND
IF You have had new onset of any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 2 weeks:


Fever    

Diarrhea  

Muscle/body aches    

Difficulty breathing   

Exposure to someone with known COVID-19    

Fatigue

Nausea or vomiting    

Shortness of breath    

Unexplained congestion or runny nose    

Unexplained sore throat

Unexplained Cough

New loss of taste or smell

IF you have tested positive for Covid19 and not yet been released from isolation by a physician or public health official

IF you have had “close contact” with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19. “Close contact” means living in the same household as a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, caring for a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, being within 6 feet of a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 for 15 minutes or more, or coming in direct contact with secretions (e.g., sharing utensils, being coughed on) from a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, while that person was symptomatic

IF you have been asked to self-isolate or quarantine by your doctor or a local public health official

IF you have travelled across state lines in the past 14 days and ignored the Governor’s order to quarantine unless you are exempt per that order

"By attending, you recognize your responsibility to the safety of others to follow these rules without exception. You also recognize that  event coordinators cannot assure that all participants will follow  these rules and the risk exists that your fellow attendees may knowingly or unknowingly attend though they do not qualify. If it is  learned that you have disregarded any of these restrictions, you will  be asked to leave, and the event may be abruptly canceled to  promote the community safety.”
